It provides a 12-bit precision conversion for up to 4 different multiplexed single ended analog inputs or 2 differential analog inputs. It can be setup in either single-shot (powers down after one sample conversion) or continuous mode (continuously converts samples). This board can run on 2VDC to 5.5VDC and it doesn’t need a Voltage reference to be supplied to it as it uses an internal reference. The configurable sample rate of the chip can reach as high as 3300 SPS and as low as 128 SPS.

This module works very well with any I2C projects you are working on. It will convert any 5VDC logic level to a 3.3VDC logic level and any 3.3VDC logic level to a 5VDC logic level. The four level conversion modules on the board allow it to do so for up to four different data channels. It is very practical for any system composed of incompatible I2C modules as it enables them to be compatible and communicate without a problem. It is also very easy to setup due to the pins being identifiable on the board. Just make sure to connect your High level reference to “HV” and to connect your Low level reference to “LV” (they both have their respective ground plains).
