What is the minimum order?
$50.00 for U.S. or Canadian orders (excluding shipping)
How do I know if my order was accepted?
You will receive a total of two emails from ABRA after you place your order.
The first email indicates that your order is Being Processed.
A second email will be sent with a tracking number 24 hours after your order is shipped.
If an item is not in stock you will be notified with a delivery date.

How can I check the status of my order?
Contact us with any questions at any time regarding your order status or just log into our website and check you Orders History.
What does Awaiting Fulfillment mean?
Being Processed means that we are in the process of picking, packing and invoicing your order. This may take one to three days. You will then receive an email that your order is Shipped.
Being Processed will take longer if we do not have the item in stock. In this case we will email an approximate delivery date for the backordered item. You can then choose to wait for the item or simply cancel.

ABRA accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express.
First time customers with a large order may be asked for a wire transfer.
All Educational Institutions have an open account. Companies with an existing open account may use a Purchase Order number.

What are your shipping options and rates?
Shipping Options For Continental U.S. Orders:
1) UPS Ground-standard UPS ground rates are used. Sorry, we only ship ground.
Canadian Customers:
All orders are shipped from ABRA's Montreal warehouse via Purolator or Canada Post using their standard rates. Please indicate your preference in the Comments section during check out. Otherwise we use the least costly method to your area. For a residential address we recommend Canada Post.
Please note that U.S. customers must pay in U.S. funds and Canadian customers must pay in Canadian funds.
For U.S. customers only: Because of the new tariffs imposed on Chinese goods, ABRA must charge 25% extra on some products. We will notify you with the increase before we ship and you can choose to cancel the order or accept the increase in price.
