The MI:pro is a simple and compact protective case for the micro:bit. These cases feature a three-layer construction style with ability to wall-mount the whole assembly onto any surface you want while still providing access to all buttons and ports on the micro:bit. Though these cases do feature wall-mountable tabs, the biggest benefit of using a case is to not accidentally short out the pads on the back of the micro:bit.

The Arduino Nano I/O Sensor Shield acts as an expansion board for the Arduino Nano and DFRduino Nano microcontrollers. There are several different options for power input. The form factor of the Nano I/O Shield board is the same as the Arduino UNO/arduino Leonardo. In addition, the sensor shield adopts Gravity interface that each pinout includes 5V and GND pins for easy connection to Gravity sensors or servos. To the best compatibility, the shield supports jumper wires for rapid prototyping. This unit comes fully assembled. The board also has a space specifically for the DFRobot bluetooth module and ACP220. Several I2C pins are also expanded. The arduino nano shield has independent power supply to provide extra power for servo and other sensors.

At sometime or another you may run out of pins on your Arduino board and need to extend it with shift registers. With this shift out module which is based on 74HC595. The datasheet refers to the 74HC595 as an "8-bit serial-in, serial or parallel-out shift register with output latches; 3-state." In other words, you can use it to control 8 outputs at a time while only taking up a few pins on your microcontroller. You can link multiple registers together to extend your output even more. It can also be applies to 51, AVR, PIC and other microcontroller. It is ideal to work together with Interface Shield for Arduino (DFR0074).

If you're interested in making your project connect to the web and be part of the grander scheme of IOT (Internet of Things), then this board is the gadget for you! Like other microcontrollers and microprocessors, the ESP32 now has built in power regulation circuits, on board antennas and noise filters. The ESP32 can interface with other MCUs as master or slave or function completely standalone through SPI/SDIO, I2C and UART. The microcontroller can also support an SD card and multiple sensors with its 32 GPIO pins. This microcontroller has TWO microprocessor inside the metal RF shield as one will act as the co-processor. You have the capability of turning off the main processor when not in use to save power. This microcontroller is close to the same package size of an Arduino Uno, yet deliver features and capability that put its’ competitors to shame.

This odd looking product is a really good idea. If you have projects where you need extra storage and multiple OS, you have two solutions to fix this. One is to install multiple OS onto one SD card using berryboot, the limit is the SD card size itself. The other solution is to program a separate MicroSD cards with the OS you are working with. The second option seems like a pain if you have to remove the MicroSD card from the pi constantly to switch to the other SD card. This adapter alleviates the issue mentioned above. Simply plug in the PCB board into the MicroSD card reader port of your PI or PC and the two sided board has a microSD female adapter to insert your microSD cards on each side. When you want to use the first SD card, simply flick the switch to toggle between two SD cards.

The SparkFun gamer:bit is a fun-filled “carrier” board for the micro:bit that, when combined with the micro:bit, provides you with a fully functional game system. Designed in a similar form factor to the classic Nintendo NES controller, the gamer:bit is equipped with a four-direction “D-pad” on the left side of the board and two action buttons on the right side of the board. The two push buttons on the micro:bit in the center function as start and select. The gamer:bit connects to the micro:bit via an edge connector in the center of the board, making setup easy. This creates a handy way to swap out micro:bits for programming, while still providing reliable connections to all of the different pins on the micro:bit. We have also included several poke home connectors on the back of the board that correspond to each button on the gamer:bit, allowing you to use external parts to control your game!
