This is a DC 12V 24V 36V 48V Power Converter Module: Input voltage DC10V~60V; Output voltage DC 12~60V; adjustable default 19V); Output current 10A MAX. 

Application: DIY Power adapter/Charger, industrial equipment, electronic equipment, communications equipment, power tools LCD TV, Advertising screens, LED lights, Fan, intercom and monitoring systems, etc.

Instructions:
  • 1.VIN+:input power positive, VIN-: input power negative
  • 2.OUT+: output power positive, OUT-: output power negative.
  • 3.Adjustable constant voltage rang: DC12~60V(clockwise to increase,counterclockwise to decrease)
  • 4.Adjustable constant current rang:0.2~10A(clockwise to increase,counterclockwise to decrease)
  • 5.Please strengthen the cooling when the input current is over 6A(The aluminum substrate is attached to the flat metal parts)
  • 6.The input voltage cannot be lower 10V or higher 60V.
  • 7. The input current cannot exceed 10A and the power cannot be exceed 600W.
  • 8. It must be ensure that the input voltage lower 2V above than the output voltage.
  • 9. Before connecting to the load, please adjust the required voltage and current when no-load (the no-load voltage should be adjusted high 3-5v in the constant current)
  • 10. When using switching power supply or other secondary power supply, please ensure that the power of power supply should be greater than more than module power more than doubled.
How to adjust:
  • 1.Adjust the output voltage:
  • Adjust CV-ADJ potentiometer, clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to reduce. According to the battery /LED, set the output voltage you desired.
  • 2.  Adjust the output current:
  • Clockwise CC-ADJ potentiometer about 20 laps, the output current set to the minimum value, connect the LED, adjust the CC-ADJ potentiometer to the current you need. For battery charging, after the battery has been discharged, and then connect to the output, adjust CC-ADJ to your required current. (When using for charging, it must be adjusted with the discharge battery, because the battery remains in the more power, the smaller the charging current. )
  • NOTE: Please do not use the short-circuit method to adjust the current, because the circuit structure of the booster module cannot be adjusted in the short-circuit way.
Precautions:
  • 1. The input and output wires cannot be connected reversed.
  • 2. The input voltage is not less than 10V, too low input voltage will damage the power supply. (When using the battery should pay attention to the battery over-discharge).   When it is working, the input/output voltage and the input/output current cannot exceed the maximum values, so as not to damage the battery.
  • 4. In the long-term full load working, it should be taken note of ventilation and cooling, to extend the life of the power supply.
  • 5. Also pay attention to dust and moisture.
