8A 200W Adjustable Step-down converter(XL4016)
Often referred to as a BUCK converter. This little unit is smaller than a AA battery in terms of length. What is great about this device is it can step down from 4V-36VDC to 1.26V-36VDC. It comes with over current, temperature and short circuit protection on board. If you want to use above 5A, you need to be cautious and need a fan for exhausting excess heat.
