Aluminum Heatsink 15 x 13 x 13 mm (LxWxH)
This heatsink is designed specifically for any TO package based IC. It an also be used for any chip that requires heat to be dissipated. This heatsink is composed of high grade aluminum and offers some decent thermal performance. Recommend to be used on LM, TIP, IRF and any other TO based Package IC. Highly recommend to use the PRT-09771 to help stick the heatsink to any chip without worrying about conductivity.
This unit weighs a few grams and is sturdy enough not bend under force.
