Soldering iron maintenance and use:
Clean soldering iron with wet cleaning sponge. Iron oxide and iron carbide can develop and can damage device, and heat conduction will decrease. Please clean iron oxide after each use to prevent damage.
Tinning may be of assistance against oxidation.
