Rosin (electronic grade) paste Flux is intended to be used to reduce solder balling / bridging, remove oxides from solder pads, wires before soldering. The proper flux allows for proper solder flow and increased wetting of desired areas. A mixture of high-grade synthetic resin, rosins and thixotropic thickeners. Residues after soldering are non-corrosive, non-conductive and highly insulated.
