Description:
The VL53L1X is a next-generation time-of-flight laser ranging sensor, enhancing the ST FlightSense™ family of products. It is the fastest miniature time-of-flight sensor on the market with an accurate range of up to 4m and a fast ranging frequency of up to 50Hz.
Unlike conventional IR sensors, the VL53L1X uses ST's latest generation of time-of-flight technology that enables absolute distance measurement regardless of target color and reflectance.
It is also possible to program the size of the ROI in the receiving array, allowing the field of view of the sensor to be reduced.
