SENS-54 Digital Touch/Proximity Switch Module for Arduino (Based on TTP223B)
Similar to an on/off switch this module allows users to wave, place or press on the center to allow the switch to activate. You have two options of starting slowly or quickly. To access quick mode you must trip the sensor on once and it will continue to scan for movement. If you do not present any movement within the next 12 seconds it will go into slow mode to save power and will turn on slowly on the next movement detected. This product is essentially a push button without needing any physical contact to the device. The sensor will detect movement even if it is covered over plastic, glass and non-metallic materials. However do not cover over metallic material as it may cause interference. Simply connect Vcc to 5v, GND to Ground and Signal to any PWM pin.
