This is a dual channel 300W Digital Power Amplifier module. The TAS5630 Class D amplifier can drive a 4Ω load at 48VDC and can handle 300W + 300W stereo output power.
Unlike traditional class-D amplifiers, the distortion curve only increases once the output levels move into clipping. PurePath HD technology enables lower idle losses, making the device even more efficient. Coupled with TI’s class-G power-supply reference design for TAS563x, industry-leading levels of efficiency can be
achieved.
