LM2662 Switched Capacitor Positive to Negative Voltage Converter Module +5V/-5V 200mA

  • The maximum efficiency of 99%.
  • The charge pump circuit is simple, small size, low ripple 15mv !!!
  • Enter a positive voltage, a negative voltage will output. 
  • Maximum current 200mA, enough to supply the op amp negative supply, negative reference and other needs.
  • Polarity inversion module; positive voltage to the same negative voltage. To provide for the op amp negative supply and negative reference.
    Pin definition:
     
    V +: Positive voltage input;
    V-: Negative voltage output terminal;
    GND: power ground.
    FC sign: LM2662 frequency selection terminal, short circuit 150KHZ, disconnect 20KHZ (ICL7660 invalid), it is strongly recommended that short FC, ultra-low ripple.
    LV logo: Low selection terminal, the input voltage is less than 3.5V short circuit, can improve output performance.
Precautions:
 
1. The charge pump output resistance is non-regulated, as the output current increases, the voltage will gradually decline, this is a normal phenomenon.
2. Do not reverse the polarity of the input and output, as this may damage the module!
3. Input voltage should not exceed the limit. LM2662 model maximum is 5.5V. More will burn out the module.
