Note:
Effective Range of Threshold Voltage 0- (Power Supply Voltage minus 1V).
Compared with 5V Power Supply, the effective value of reference threshold voltage Is 0-4V, which can realize comparative output. If the threshold voltage Is greater than 4V under the condition of 5V Power Supply, then the output will remain Low and equal to No Output.
