This pattern adaptor contains thru-holes for M4 screws on the goBILDA 16mm pattern, 6-32 UNC threaded holes on the Actobotics 0.77" hub pattern and thru-holes for 6-32 screws on the Actobotics 1.5” hub pattern. Use it to adapt a 5202 Series Yellow Jacket Gear Motor to your Actobotics assembly or fasten structural components together with ease when mixing the two systems.

The thru-holes on this adaptor align with the 16mm pattern found on almost every goBILDA part but are slotted outward for edge-case situations where you need to align with holes spaced 24mm across the center. The counterbores allow heads of M4 socket head screws to rest below the top surface so you have a clean slate to fasten a part to. The counterbores are machined as a hex-profile in order to accept and capture an M4 locknut if you prefer to have screws come up through the bottom.

This mount is perfect for mounting a Premium Planetary Gear Motor on the Actobotics 0.77" pattern. The counterbored holes accept the included 2mm pan head screws to fasten the motor to the mount, leaving the face flush for ease of mounting to channel or other components.

This 22mm clamping hub matches the OD of our Premium Planetary Gear Motors. You can fasten the hub to an Actobotics component, using the threaded holes on the 1.5" pattern and then slide your motor in the hub and clamp it down. Using a clamping hub for a motor mount makes disassembly for service or reconfiguring very easy.

The REV Core Hex Motor Mount allows you to fasten the REV Core Hex motor to any Actobotics component that contains thru holes on the 1.5" pattern. This mount comes with (8) M3 x 8mm length screws to pass through the motor mount and into the threaded holes of the REV motor.

This motor mount is designed to be used with the REV Robotics Core Hex Motor. Given this motor is used in FIRST Tech Challenge, we want to provide teams the opportunity to easily integrate the motor into their goBILDA framework. When you use two mounts (one on each side), the side-to-side measurement will be exactly 43mm so the assembly will slide down inside 1120 Series U-Channel perfectly and fasten using M4 x 6mm length screws.

This motor mount aligns with the REV UltraPlanetary Gearbox and provides a plethora of mounting options with your goBILDA chassis. The C-shaped design provides a thru-way to access the set-screw on the UltraPlanetary’s output hub. If 5mm hex isn’t your thing, beef up the output with our 8mm REX shaft which is able to bolt directly onto the UltraPlanetary using the REV orbital pattern found on the face of their output hub.
