Addressable RGB 24 LED Ring based on 5050 SMD LED and WS2812 65mm
This LED ring is addressable allowing users to chain multiple rings together to be run by one microcontroller. The LEDs surface mounted onto the ring are based on the WS2812 tech with the package size of 50x50mm. The LEDs operate at 5vdc so you can comfortable power the ring using only your microcontroller. Each LED draws ~18mA of constant current.
Every ring is equipped with a single data line with a very time specific protocol requiring a real-time microcontroller with a 8MHz or faster processor to run it.
This ring has a total of 24 LEDs with an outer diameter of 65mm.
