MOC8101 Optocoupler, Transistor Output, 1 Channel, DIP-6, 60 mA
The MOC8101 is a 1-channel 6-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. The potential difference between the circuits to be coupled should not exceed the maximum permissible reference voltages.
