These are 5mm diffused RGB LEDs with only two pins that will slowly change color when voltage and ground is applied.
When powered, the LEDs perform a slow fade through the rainbow, from red to green to blue. There is no way to change the 'program' or rate, it’s burned into a little chip that is inside the LED itself. If you need to have an RGB perform a particular arrangement, check out our 4 pin RGB LEDs (LED-RGRB-4 or LED-10RGB-4) that can easily be controlled control using a microcontroller like the Arduino Uno.
