This unit is great for interfacing LED Strips to a 8x AA battery holder for portable power. To connect you can only power R,G,B,W or a mix for different combinations. The white wire or V+ will go to RED and the color you wish will be shorted and connected to Black as GND. The alternative is a narrow package width entitled LED-STRIP-C8 with a width size of 8 rather than 10mm. This unit is compatible with 5050 and 3528 LED Strips.
