This is a 10mm panel mount red LED indicator light.
This indicator light has a forward voltage of 12VDC and can be snap-in panel mounted in an 10mm diameter hole.

These lights come with bare wire leads.
There is a resistor in-line with the red LED which keeps it from burning up at 12 volts and the unit as a whole draws less than 20mA of current.
