This is a JST XH style, male socket for connecting with our CON-JST-XH-7A.
JST or Japan Solderless Terminal are commonly used for connections in where you want them to be modular but securely locked when required. They are commonly found in Li-Po pouch batteries that have them for the balance leads to check the voltages of each cell.
The XH variant has a spacing of 0.1" or 2.51mm, similar to the spacings on a breadboard and can handle current of up-to 3A. You can solder 30-22AWG cables onto the lead, either stranded or solid wires all depending on your soldering skills. Alternatively you can use this for PCB layouts, just drop in and solder.
