This is the D4184 Isolated 3-5V MOSFET field effect tube module.

Specifications
1. With optocoupler isolation, the control signal and the power of the controlled device are isolated, which greatly increases the rigidity of the interference.

3. High level start, low level stop, PWM speed regulation

6. The signal input side can be soldered to the terminal or pin itself, on a compatible breadboard.

   There are two 2mm diameter non-plated screw holes with 8mm spacing.
