MC1411 IC, NPN Darlington Peripheral Driver Transistor Array PDIP-16

This is a 16 DIP position NPN Darlington transistor array. The seven NPN Darlington connected transistors in these arrays are well suited for driving lamps, relays, or printer hammers in a variety of industrial and consumer applications. The MC1411 device is a general purpose array for use with DTL, TTL, PMOS, or CMOS Logic.
