7660CPA CMOS Voltage Converter
8 pin Dual inline packaging (D.I.P) format voltage converter.
Function 1: Converts Supply voltage from 1.5v to 10v into -1.5v to -10v.
Function 2: Voltage doubler for output voltage of 18.6v from a 10v input with two in parallel.
Function 3: Simple 5v to +/- 5v logic converter
