12VDC Soil Moisture Sensor with Relay Module
This is a moisture sensor which can be used for automatic garden watering. It can detect the moisture level of the soil and gives information to the module. The module has a potentiometer on it by which we can set the offset of the moisture level read from the soil. If the moisture level of the soil reaches its threshold value, the relay gets on. But there is a 5-8 seconds wait time for every new threshold value.
To wire the device you simply connect any power source from 9-12VDC on the Vcc pin and ground to GND. Your sensor will be connected to the pins located near the green led.
