HSS Steel De-Burring Bit Set (6 pcs)

This kit comes with 6 drill bit pieces that attach onto your Dremel or CNC machine. The diameter of the shaft is 3.175mm, it is compatible with our collar shafts that support 3mm diameter. The Length of the bits are 40mm and are all designed to clean out and remove sharp left over pieces from any pre-existing drill holes left from the drilling process.

• 1x Cylindrical Shape Bur (1) Cylindrical Shape Burs are designed for deburring and speed milling straight edges and plain surfaces on tough metals. They are also used for finishing abrasive materials.
• 1x 14 Degree Taper Radius End Bur (2) 14 Degree Taper Radius End Burs are designed with a ball nose and 14 degree taper for deburring and removing scale in steel die and mold cavities.
• 1x 3x6.6mm Inverted Cylindrical Shape Bur (3) Inverted Cylindrical Shape Burs are designed for deburring and finishing dovetail slots, gib blocks, and other inverted angular metal and material surfaces.
• 1x Cone Shape Bur (4) Cone Shaped Burs are designed for deburring gear teeth, heat exchanger fan blades, inside bevel edges, and internal pipe edges.
• 1x 3x3mm Inverted Cylindrical Shape Bur (5) Inverted Cylindrical Shape Burs are designed for deburring and finishing dovetail slots, gib blocks, and other inverted angular metal and material surfaces.
• 1x Ball Shape Bur (6) Ball Shaped Burs are designed for deburring round bottom holes, convex slots, and curved metal and material surfaces. They are also used to enlarge or elongate small holes to dress hard fillet welds.
