12 ultra bright smart LED NeoPixels are arranged in a circle with 1.45" (37mm) outer diameter. The rings are 'chainable' - connect the output pin of one to the input pin of another. Use only one microcontroller pin to control as many as you can chain together! Each LED is addressable as the driver chip is inside the LED. Each one has ~18mA constant current drive so the color will be very consistent even if the voltage varies, and no external choke resistors are required making the design slim.

The NeoPixel is 'split', one half is the RGB you know and love, the other half is a white LED with a yellow phosphor. Unlit, it resembles an egg yolk. Lit up these are insanely bright (like ow my eye hurts) and can be controlled with 8-bit PWM per channel (8 x 4 channels = 32-bit color overall). Great for adding lots of colorful + white dots to your project!

This is the finest RTC you can get, and now we have it in a compact, breadboard-friendly breakout. With a coin cell plugged into the back, you can get years of precision timekeeping, even when main power is lost. Great for datalogging and clocks, or anything where you need to really know the time. Comes as a fully assembled and tested breakout plus a small piece of header. You can solder header in to plug it into a breadboard, or solder wires directly.

This handy combo-hub has 3 USB 2.0 ports, and a AX88772A Ethernet transceiver. This chipset is really common and can be used by any Linux, Mac or Windows computer. It's particularly handy for the  Raspberry Pi A+ or brand new Raspberry Pi Zero which is tight on USB ports and has no Ethernet out. We did some basic tests and got 11+ MB/s transfer speeds on our Pi Zero.

These headers are particularly cute and tiny with a body height of just 5.0 mm they are the best way to minimize the amount of space your Feather project takes up, but still maintain that flexible configuration. "Normal" socket headers have an 8.5mm body height so this saves you a whole 3.5mm (hey it adds up!).

One truth about working with A/V is you always need the cable or adapter you don't have in your toolbox. That's why we love these terminal-block RCA connectors so much. No soldering required! Use stranded or solid core wire and a small screw driver to create custom wiring jigs.
