The 690 copper clad board is a positive presensitized double sided 1/32 (0.80mm) FR4 laminate. This flame retardant laminate is translucent in color and made of continuous woven glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin. The copper on 1 ounce boards is 1.34mil thick (0.0341mm, 34.1 microns).
Suitable for use with rosin, non-rosin, and no clean fluxes. Will harm delicate plastic components. Excellent for dissolving flux on the solder side of PC boards. Excellent for use in spot removing hard burnt on flux from the component side of PC boards. Agressive cleaning strength.
The two part 14g (0.35 oz.) dual syringe silver epoxy offers high electrical conductivity and strong conductive bonding. Resistivity of 0.02 ohm - cm.
