Programmable Timer with Solid State Switch Output

REMARK: THE 7-SEGMENT DISPLAY ON THIS MODULE IS PRONE TO ELECTRO STATIC DAMAGE.
                PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP IT AWAY FROM SOURCES OF ESD SUCH AS DUST.

This versatile timer can be programmed from 0.1 seconds to 999 minutes.
A three digit seven segment displays time in 0.1 seconds, seconds, or minutes.
Programs include external triggered on time, off time and on-off cycle loops.
Timing is triggered by a positive signal from 3 to 24 VDC from a sensor or microprocessor.
Parameters are automatically saved when timer is powered down.
Opto-coupler input provides signal protection.
The 5 to 36VDC power input voltage is used for the timer as well as the output.
Mosfet driver switches from 5 to 36 VDC up to 15 amps.
An effective solution for controlling repetitive tasks with solenoids, valves, actuators, DC motors etc.

Specifications

Timing Range: 0.1 sec. to 999 min.
Input Voltage: 5-36VDC
Output Voltage: 5-36VDC
Output Current: 15A
Trigger: 3-24VDC
Dimensions: 60x35x12 mm

Program Modes:

P1: after a trigger signal, the output is on "OP" time, and then disconnected;
During the "OP" time:
                P1.1: if signal is triggered again before time is out, invalid
                P1.2: if signal is triggered again, the clock is reset
                P1.3: if signal triggered again, output is off, the clock stops
P-2:  if signal is triggered, the output is off for "CL" of time, then the output is on for "OP" time, and then the output is disconnected.
P3.1: with trigger signal, the output is turned on for "OP" time, then the output is off for "CL" time, then the operation cycle, if the trigger signal period, the relay off, stop the clock; the number of cycles ( "LOP ") can be set.
P3.2: without triggering signal, the relay is on "OP" time, the relay off "CL" time, and has been cycling;frequency ("LOP") cycle can be set;
P-4: signal holding function. If there is a trigger signal timing is cleared, the relay remains on; when the signal disappears, after the timing "OP" time, the output is cleared.

How to Set Program Modes

With power up the timer displays the current operating mode (P1.1 default mode).
To enter the main interface, press "SET" button for 2 seconds.
Press the "UP", or "DOWN" key to cycle the mode from P1.1 to P-4.
Press the "SET" button to select the mode and the parameter to be set will flash:
 "OP" indicates on-time, "CL" indicates off time, "LOP" indicates number of cycles
("---" represents infinite loop)
Press the "UP" or "DOWN" key to adjust the time,
Press the "STOP" key to select the decimal point position that determines the time range:
(XXX. =1-999 seconds / XX.X= 0.1-99.9 seconds /X.X.X.=1-999 minutes)
Press the "SET" button to set the next parameters of the current mode as above.
After the parameters are set, press the "SET" button for 2 seconds then release, the name of the current mode will flash once, and then
return to the main screen.
The main interface when the relay does not work displays "000" (no decimal point)
To review the parameter information of the current settings press the "SET" key briefly to have the mode and time display cycle on the display.
