This Bluetooth device is the HM-10 Module that is rated for Bluetooth 4.0, it comes with a logic level converter so you can plug your Arduino Uno to this device, but you need a USB to TTL Converter to do so! The device comes heatsinked in transparent heat shrink to protect the device from ESD. It also comes with a circuit for accidental reversal of polarity, this device has the TI CC2540 IC and is similar to the ARD-HM-11. The sole difference is this device is not preloaded with the latest firmware and few features are modified.

Note: Some device comes with a Reset switch and some come with Solder pads for Reset.
