The SP3UT is a thin double sided surface mount prototype pcb for 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and other SMT parts with a ground plane.
Features:
- A grid of 42 mil square pads on 50 mil centers allows SMT components of various sizes and pitches to be mounted. Larger components can span pads.
- SOIC (50 mil pitch) and DIP (100 mil pitch) integated circuits can be soldered directly to the pads without adapters.
- Solid ground plane on reverse side provides easy ground connections and low noise in circuits.
- Unplated holes to the ground plane are spaced 4 pads apart for easy connection to the ground plane. Just insert a wire and solder both sides.
- Lead free etched copper PCB with a flux coating for easy soldering and to preserve solderability.
- Bridge pads or solder wires on pads to create traces wherever they are needed.
- 1/32” thin PCB is easy to cut into smaller pieces.
- Standard single height (3U) Eurocard/VME size. Many enclosures and card cages available.

- 0.031" (0.79mm) holes (unplated) for connections to ground plane.
