The 418-500ML Developer is for use with positive presensitized boards.
Concentrated formulation. Dilute one part developer to ten parts of tap water. The image appears quickly as the exposed photo resist is dissolved. After developing is complete, rinse with water and the board is ready for etching. Use 416-S foam brush for best results.
