If you're a DIY enthusiast who'd like to update your power only project's connection to the latest USB standard, here is a 10-pack of USB C power only jack connectors! They're sturdy metal with 4 through-hole mounting tabs. It's really hard to rip these off a PCB. In an SMT line, you can just paste over the through-hole slots, and the pads will solder in place.

One truth about working with A/V is you always need the cable or adapter you don't have in your toolbox. That's why we love these terminal-block RCA connectors so much. No soldering required! Use stranded or solid core wire and a small screw driver to create custom wiring jigs.

Unlike the 'classic' Raspberry Pi computers, you can't really stick a HAT, bonnet, pHAT or other accessory/add-on on top...what to do? Give up!? NO! Use this cable, which will act as an extender for all 40 pins to give you a stretch of about 150mm / 6 inches. Simply plug the socket side into the Raspberry Pi with the white mark next to the Pin 1 label. Then on the other side, plug the hat down onto the plug side.

This battery holder connects 3 AA batteries together in series for powering all kinds of projects. We spec'd these out because the box is compact, and 3 AA's add up to about 3.3-4.5V, a very similar range to Lithium Ion/polymer (Li-Ion) batteries, plus it has a nifty on-off switch. That makes them ideal for use with 3.3V projects that have a 2-pin JST connector meant for one of our Li-Ion/Poly batteries. (Of course, you can't recharge them like Li-Ion/Polys, so don't try to plug this into one of our Li-Ion/Poly charger boards!). It also features an ergonomic belt clip for taking your power on the go!
