This battery holder connects 3 AAA batteries together in series for powering all kinds of projects. We spec'd these out because the box is slim, and 3 AAA's add up to about 3.3-4.5V, a very similar range to Lithium Ion/polymer (Li-Ion) batteries, plus it has a nifty on-off switch. That makes them ideal for use with 3.3V projects that have a 2-pin JST connector meant for one of our Li-Ion/Poly batteries. (Of course, you can't recharge them like Li-Ion/Polys, so don't try to plug this into one of our Li-Ion/Poly charger boards!) It also features an ergonomic belt clip for taking your power on the go.

One cable per order. The ribbon cable is 0.06mm/0.025" pitch and the connector is a 1.27mm (0.05") pitch 2x5 box. These are not for use with programming most AVRs or other large devices that have 0.1" pitch connectors so be aware which you need!

This cable will make it super easy to use our plug-and-play STEMMA QT boards with boards like Circuit Playground. On one end you get a Qwiic / STEMMA QT connector (technically known as a JST SH 4-pin plug) into 4 individual wires with grippy alligator clips. We're carrying these to match up with our boards or breakouts with 'STEMMA QT' connectors on them.

These stickers are a must for anyone making a breadboarded Arduino-compatible. They fit right on top of a DIP ATmega328 (or '168) chip, and clearly indicate every pin as it would be called in the Arduino IDE.

Each pack contains five 36-pin long headers, 0.1" pitch. They're even gold plated so they wont oxidize! You can cut these down to different sizes fairly easily. First, count how many positions you want as the final piece, then pull out the next pin using a pair of pliers. Finally, cut through the empty spot with diagonal cutters. You can clean off the half-spot using a file or with the diagonal cutters. These are 'standard' female 0.1" headers such as used on dev boards like the Arduino. If you have something with 0.1" square-pin male header on it its almost certainly going to match with these (the only exception is 'round' swiss-pin headers, but those are not as common).

Add another 16 pins to your microcontroller using a MCP23017 port expander. The MCP23017 uses two i2c pins (these can be shared with other i2c devices), and in exchange gives you 16 general purpose pins. You can set each of 16 pins to be input, output, input with a pullup or open drain.

These particular 3.5mm terminal blocks are our favorite: big enough for a range of wire gauges, easy to adjust with a screwdriver, and not too chunky. The only down-side is that they do not fit into 2.5mm spaced holes (they're 3.5mm spaced) - but they do fit in most perf/proto-board if you rotate them diagonally.
