MG Chemicals 1KG 1.75mm Black PETG Filament for 3D Printers
This is a 1.75mm diameter black PETG filament with a density of 1.25 g/cm^3. It has a net weight is 1000g (around 1300g gross). The material of the filament will melt with nozzle temperatures ranging from 220-245°C. We highly recommend printing with heated bed turned on at 85°C to prevent the print warping and peeling off the bed especially when printing a large model. This filament is sealed in a vacuum sealed plastic bag, meaning that the filament is kept in ideal conditions before being unpacked for usage.
Notes: This PETG filament is considered as a intermediate solution between PLA and ABS, since it has a higher temperature resistance than PLA and less than ABS, in addition to the fact that it has higher strength and shock resistance than PLA and less than ABS. It is also non toxic and has a nice shine to it.
You will need to adjust your retraction settings when printing with PETG as it can be quite stringy.
