Bronze brass sleeve bearing (Bushing) for M8 Linear Shafts/Rods
This product is a sleeve bearing or also known as a bushing for M8 Linear rods or shafts. They can be found or applied for axis movement applications as a replacement for ball bearings. The bushing contacts a shaft, the oil (if added) is drawn to the surface of the bushing so that the bushing constantly deposits a thin film of lubricating oil onto the shaft making the system self-lubricated and requires less maintenance. Another major benefit to bushings is that they are generally quieter than ball bearings
